1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Personalized, digital, or sale items may be excluded

2. Return Process

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Even though we offer free shipping on your original order, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping was free and will not be deducted from your refund

  • Refunds are only for the returned product value unless the return is due to our error

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll replace the item, offer a full refund, or provide another solution at no cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact info@gabalaza.com with your order details.
